Fine Policy

There is a one day grace period for all overdue materials. For materials which are two or more days late, patrons will be charged for the first and any subsequent days. Overdue fines vary depending on the material type:

Books–$0.25 per book per day
Audiobooks–$0.25 per book per day
Magazines–$0.25 per magazine per day
DVDs–$2.00 per DVD per day
Kindle devices–$5.00 per day
OverDrive–there are no overdue fines associated with OverDrive

For lost or damaged items, patrons will be charged the replacement cost and a $5.00 processing fee.
